1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligible Items for Return

Returnable Items

  • Clothing and accessories (with original tags)
  • Electronics (in original packaging with all accessories)
  • Home goods and appliances (unused and in original condition)
  • Books and media (in resalable condition)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads and gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" or contact our customer service team at +91 8638321218 to start the return process.

Step 2: Package Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.

Step 3: Ship Return

Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide or drop off at one of our authorized return centers.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Credit Timeline: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@petroshopindia.com and send your item to our returns center.

6. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
  • Prepaid return labels available for purchase

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at+91 8638321218 or support@petroshopindia.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, here's what to do:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
