- • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • All your personal data, orders, and account history will be deleted
- • You will lose access to all purchased digital content
- • Any pending orders or transactions must be completed before deletion
- • The process takes a minimum of 15 business days to complete
Step 1: Create Support Ticket

- • Confirm you understand the deletion is permanent
- • Provide reason for account deletion (optional)
- • Include any pending concerns or issues
Step 2: Admin Review
Our team will review your request
Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days. They may contact you to confirm the deletion and resolve any pending issues.
Step 3: 15-Day Processing Period
Required waiting period for account deletion
15-day waiting period is mandatory to comply with legal requirements and provide you time to reconsider. You can cancel the deletion request during this period.
Step 4: Account Deletion
Your account and data will be permanently deleted
After the waiting period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be reversed.
